At Buy-Macs we love to help all customers, but if you are buying for a business, please let us know; there are some other terms (and benefits) you should know about.

We’ve tried to keep our Terms and Conditions as clear as possible, and give you all the information we can (but not too much) about your online/telesales transactions so that you completely understand the whole process, from order to delivery and beyond. It’s really important to us that your online/telesales shopping experience meets expectations, so please spend a few minutes and read on.

Warranty

In the unlikely event that you find yourself unsatisfied with your item, you can reach us by email or phone and a member of our team will be more than happy to assist.

All of our items are covered by Buy Macs 12 Months Warranty. Our warranty covers all hardware aspects but we are unable to offer cover for software conflicts created by the user, i.e virus / accidental deletion of system files. 

We don't accept return after the given return period which is 14-30 days from day of purchase depending on the product. And customer is responsible for arranging return and postage.

Please note: Water or physical damage is not covered only the technical faults will be repaired.
