We understand that sometimes products need to be returned. Whether your item has developed a fault, is damaged or is no longer required, we can help you out.

That’s not a problem. You can return your product in its original unopened and sealed packaging within 21 days of purchase and we'll give you an exchange or full refund, provided you have proof of purchase - no questions asked.

If the product is a used item we expect the return to be with in 14 days from purchase date and returned to us in the same condition and packaging as bought.
